Come and visit us in store or download the self-certification form under "DOWNLOAD" above, fill it in with the details of the Law 104 beneficiary and send it to our email address, signed by the person or by whoever is authorised to sign on their behalf. Also attach the front and back of an identity document and the tax code. Once you have decided which armchair to buy and have all the necessary documents, contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Important optional extras:

The armchair comes as standard with small castors that make it easy to move around the house when it is in the neutral position (otherwise they disengage automatically for the user's safety). However, you may need the Wheel System (see below) with larger wheels for moving the armchair with the person seated in it. Pressing a concealed pedal raises the armchair and the wheels come into operation.

To buy the armchair with the Wheel System, simply select "2 motors with Wheel System", in addition to your chosen armchair colour.
