Invoicing

According to current tax regulations, the B2C seller is not obliged to issue an invoice unless expressly requested by the customer at the time of purchase, nor is there an obligation to issue a receipt or tax receipt.

TAX RECEIPT OR SALES SLIP

The tax receipt and/or sales slip is issued by the store or professional after the sale of goods or services, when leaving the physical store, because after payment a fiscal document must be issued, as an alternative to the invoice, if not requested.

Our tax obligations are fulfilled by registration through the register of transactions communicated monthly to the Revenue Agency, as per regulations.

WARRANTY and proof of purchase

The proof of purchase is the order itself made on the e-commerce site, from the confirmation email and the traceable accounting entry of the payment, therefore no other documents are necessary for the validity of the warranty.

ELECTRONIC INVOICING to PRIVATE customers

For private customers who require an electronic invoice, nothing has changed from before; they must provide all tax details for the invoice to be issued on the same day of the order by requesting invoicing in the notes.

Invoices are sent as a PDF (courtesy copy) via email and then electronically transmitted to the "tax drawer" of the Revenue Agency.

If they have an SDI or a PEC, the customer must enter it in the "NOTES" field (at step 3 of the cart during purchase) or provide it immediately after purchase via email, within 24 hours, to make any changes (incorrect data or changes to the order itself).

ELECTRONIC INVOICING to COMPANIES or non-private users

The business customer (company, non-profit organization, Public Administration) will provide the PEC or SDI code during registration on the site and at the time of purchase, by entering them in the "NOTES" field at step 3 of the checkout. It is still possible to provide them within 24 hours after the order, to allow us to issue the electronic invoice, or to make any changes (incorrect data or changes to the order).

IT IS IMPORTANT TO KNOW THAT: with this new system, the invoice can no longer be modified after issuance, so the accuracy of the data provided to the company must be complete and correct. THE INVOICE MUST BE REQUESTED AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE AND PAYMENT, or within 24 hours; it cannot be requested later.

Data can always be modified and/or deleted. Your data is protected, used only for invoicing and shipping purposes, and can be deleted at your request. See full regulations;
