Cuscino Anti russamento
Pillow with a shaped, dual-height inner core in flexible, non-deforming polyurethane foam, padded with a layer of hypoallergenic polyester fibre, carded and laid in sheets. An additional support insert is supplied with the pillow to give extra support if needed.
Why the anti-snoring pillow works
The particular shape of this anti-snoring pillow comes from special quilting in the lower part, which encourages a slightly higher position at the back and sides. This helps prevent hyperextension of the head and the consequent possible falling back of the tongue towards the throat, which obstructs the airway and causes snoring.
The anti-snoring pillow works to reduce snoring and mild sleep apnoea; it has in fact been shown that the position adopted with this pillow allows the greatest airflow.
Accessory included: an additional insert to give even more support and height (see photo two).
How the anti-snoring pillow is made
It is made with a shaped inner layer of Olmosoff, a very elastic and flexible polyurethane that provides excellent support and comfort with low deformation. It is covered with an inner case made of fine cotton percale with Silverplus® antimicrobial and bacteriostatic treatment.
Cool, temperature-regulating cover
The outer pillowcase is made of knitted fabric with HeiQ Cool treatment, the world's first textile technology able to offer both direct instant cooling and continuous evaporative cooling.
