Have you placed an order on Migliormaterasso.it? Here are the main steps of order processing that you will find in your account.

PURCHASE OF an in-stock product marked with 

=> 2-day delivery 

If you have purchased a product from our stock (therefore available for immediate delivery, marked in green on the product page as shown above) such as numerous accessories and standard-sized mattresses, the Status will be 

1. PAYMENT ACCEPTED

and after a few business hours it will become

2. IN PREPARATION

which means it is about to be handed over to the courier. If the status changes by 12:00, it means it will be handed over to the courier the same day. Subsequently, it will change to

SCHEDULED SHIPPING

shipping requested, goods not yet dispatched.

3. SHIPPED

and after 24 hours it will be out for delivery (48 hours for bulky items such as mattresses and/or bed bases, 72 hours for major islands, 4 to 7 days for international). As soon as it's shipped, you will also receive a notification email with online tracking, which you can always find in your account.

Other statuses:

AWAITING BANK TRANSFER

If you have chosen bank transfer as the payment method, the order will not be confirmed and the status will be AWAITING until we receive payment or proof of payment.

PURCHASE OF a non-in-stock product marked with =>  5-day delivery (8, 15 etc.) 

If you have purchased a product that is not in stock, it means it will be manufactured by one of our partner companies. Many products are not kept in stock to avoid long warehouse storage, ensuring you receive a freshly made product specifically for you. After

PAYMENT ACCEPTED 

the status will change to:

PROCESSING ACCORDING TO SCHEDULED TIMES

Until the product is available, the Status will remain IN PROCESSING, and the times will be as indicated on the product page. During this phase, you will not receive any notifications until the product is available to move to 

IN PREPARATION

 and then be 

SHIPPED

After 24 hours it will be out for delivery (48 hours for bulky items such as mattresses and/or bed bases, 72 hours for major islands, 4 to 7 days for international). As soon as it's shipped, you will also receive a notification email with online tracking, which you can always find in your account.
