How do you choose the right headboard brackets? If you are buying together with one of our bed bases, we will take care of the right bracket (choose standard brackets); if you already have a bed base, just measure the height and thickness of the bed base, as in the image below:

If your bed base has slightly different depth measurements, for example 7x2.5 cm, 7x2 will be fine using washers as spacers.

Total headboard height

The total height of the single headboard from the floor depends on the height of the bed base, or rather of the bed base surface, which also varies according to the height of the legs and the structural tube of the bed base. Once the headboard is fitted, the distance from the bed base surface is about 14 cm (the "gap" between the bed base surface and the headboard), which must be added to the 60 cm of the headboard itself. For example, if the bed base surface is 30 cm from the floor, the total height will be 60+14+30=104 cm from the floor. Clear, right? For more information, contact us.
