Which bed base should be used?
The mattress is suitable for a supportive slatted bed base or a wooden divan base. The slats should not be excessively flexible or widely spaced.
How should the mattress be maintained?
Rotate the mattress from head to foot at least once every two months. It can also be turned over to use the wool side during winter and the cotton side during summer. Use the handles only to position the mattress, not to support its full weight.
How is the mattress delivered?
The mattress is delivered flat and full size, not rolled or vacuum packed. It is protected internally and packed in double-layer cardboard.
What warranty is provided?
