Choosing a bed with a headboard is an important decision, and rightly so, we take our time with it. We spend 90% of our time at home in the bedroom. The headboard should satisfy us and have the right design without becoming tiresome. How do you choose the color of the bed? Many people start with the color of the parquet and flooring, but the color of the wall is the best starting point. The double bed headboard should have the right contrast; it shouldn't get lost in the background. It should stand out and not be anonymous.

The trend for modern beds, and therefore customer choice, is increasingly leaning towards upholstered beds with fabric headboards. Faux leather is still requested, though less so than in the past. The upholstery of headboards and beds creates a soft, rounded, and warm line – warmth understood as a feeling, not as a temperature.

How high is the bed's headboard? The average height of headboards is 110 cm from the floor, so a headboard 115 cm high is already considered tall, but some bed lines have headboards as high as 180 cm.
