Gabrielli is an artisan company with over 50 years of experience in the handcrafted production of pillows, textiles and mattresses. The traditional production method is still used today. Kapok is sourced from certified suppliers, then washed, combed, selected and processed in accordance with applicable CE standards. The fibre is subsequently carded and used to hand-fill the 100% cotton cover.

Vegetable Cashmere

Kapok is also known as vegetable cashmere because of its exceptional softness and lightness. The fibre is obtained from the pods of the Kapok tree and is made up of approximately 80% air, giving it its distinctive lightweight and airy feel. Kapok cultivation does not generally require pesticides, making it a particularly natural and plant-based filling material.
