The capitonné headboard with buttons is refined and elegant. The motor is concealed, meaning it does not take up space inside the storage compartment under the bed, making it more reliable and safer. The Octo Okin motor is certified and covered by a 5-year warranty (see more features below).
Split or single electric double bed base?
The bed base structure: the supporting structure is always a double bed frame for two sleepers, but the bases are asynchronous, meaning each sleeping side (or section) moves independently from the other, so each partner has their own remote control. In this case, two single mattresses are required, or the butterfly mattress specifically designed for split adjustable bases.
With a double mattress: if you prefer a double mattress, the bed base with concealed motors will still always have two separate sections, which is always recommended for better performance and therefore better rest, but the two bases will move in sync to raise the double mattress with one combined movement. This setup can be obtained simply by programming the two motors to respond to the same signal from a single remote control. Upon request, the bed base can be supplied already configured for this use. In the future, it can easily be reprogrammed for asynchronous use.
